The IPCRG Global Community are coming together virtually for the 10th IPCRG World Conference taking place from Thursday 6 to Saturday 8 May 2021. Please put this  this date in your diaries and be part of our thought-provoking and educational conference. Despite our sadness at not being together in person, this as an opportunity for everyone in our global family to come together virtually to discuss and debate the current challenges in the primary care management of patients with respiratory conditions. Our delegate fees have been substantially reduced to make the conference affordable. Over 95% of the conference is taking place live, so please block out the time in your diary to attend though all session recordings will be available for six-months on catch-up enabling you to view any sessions you have missed.

In recognition that we cannot hold an in-person conference at Croke Park in Dublin as we had planned, we are offering a special rate of
€150 for up to 10 members from a single GP practice in Ireland to attend. This is a great opportunity to bring your practice up-to-date on best practice in the care of patients with respiratory conditions. This will ensure your practice is in the best position to undertake all elements of the new CDM agenda.

To arrange registration for your practice team, email: conferencedirector@ipcrg.org

IPCRG & PCRSI have worked hard to bring the essence of the IPCRG World Conferences to the virtual arena with our usual inspiring educational sessions, robust discussions alongside a range of networking opportunities. Take a look at our programme to see what we’re covering, including the best practice in primary care management of chronic respiratory diseases, tobacco dependence, updates on COVID-19, long/post COVID-19, COVID-19 Vaccination, and remote working. We know how many of you care deeply about climate change so we also have a session on improving our environment and respiratory health.

Everything included at the 10th IPCRG World Conference is underpinned by our vision of a global population breathing and feeling well through universal access to right care. Our ambitious and comprehensive programme is aimed at ALL members of the multi-disciplinary team working in all primary care settings in low-, middle- and high-income countries so please tell your colleagues and invite them to register.

The Call for Abstracts is closed. If you have not heard from IPCRG regarding either the 2020 or 2021 abstract submission, please contact Christine Lawson, IPCRG Conference Director, who will be happy to assist you: conferencedirector@ipcrg.org

ePoster Showcase
All accepted abstracts from both 2020 and 2021 conferences can feature in our ePoster Showcase, which will remain accessible online for a year until the next IPCRG World Conference, 5-7 May 2022 in Malaga, Spain. The move to a digital format will provide a much greater reach and allow authors to use a range of digital tools to showcase their research, including videos, images, audio, apps, presentations, social media and links to interactive online resources. The ePoster Showcase will also provide numerous opportunities for interaction between viewers and the ePoster author, so in true IPCRG fashion, we will be helping to connect our people and share ideas.

This is your opportunity in 2021 to network with others with similar interests, to hear and discuss the views of acknowledged experts in primary care respiratory medicine from a truly global field, to participate in the sessions or present your own work through an ePoster, so please join us for the 10th IPCRG World Conference. All of us at IPCRG & PCRSI really look forward to welcoming you to our first virtual conference.
